We are all guilty of disturbing our sleep with our devices. Cleanse yourself of the digital, with the digital. Join the founders of DigiCleanse, Skye and Karin, on the evening of the 28th of October as they take you on a digitally guided passage to sleep.

This workshop will include gentle stretches, guided meditation and a soothing sonic soundscape that will usher you towards a relaxing digital release. 
The workshop will commence at bedtime. Please ensure you are comfortable and prepared for bed before the workshop begins.
